Let The Learning Begin!

One is an iTunes University course activity (optional extra credit) on mobile MOOCs and the second is a group discussion based on mobile MOOC learning.
iTunes University Course Activity: (EXTRA CREDIT)
Mobile devices are a perfect match for MOOC learning providing an opportunity to collect data in context which can enable authentic and personally relevant learning as well as offering possibilities of live connections between remote learning contexts and classrooms. It can also offer possibilities to connect learners using a MOOC structure with people embedded in a location having mobile phone GPS technology. In addition, MOOCs based around interactive maps as learning resources could enable people in differing locations (educators, professional guides, or learners) to create learning resources based on photographs, personal histories of locations, and tours. iTunes U provides a model that adheres to this type of learning (which inspired this extra credit activity).
